Kervio opens its platform to a first round of beta users

Cangaroo Inc. today opened Kervio, its AI-first quoting-to-manufacturing platform for the stone fabrication industry, to a first round of beta users. Fabrication shops interested in joining the program are invited to get in touch.

Kervio runs a stone benchtop job end to end. An enquiry arrives as an email, a builder's plan or a measurement taken on site, and Kervio reads it, lays out the pieces, and prices the whole house — every room, every piece, in millimetres, on the shop's own material, fabrication and installation rates. The approved quote then becomes the job: the same shapes and dimensions drive the workshop floor, with every part tracked and signed off through fabrication to install. There is no re-keying between quoting, the floor and the truck.

The platform was designed with working Australian fabricators rather than assembled from assumptions about them. Stone fabrication is a trade of tight margins and unforgiving materials, where a mismeasured slab is a loss that cannot be recovered, and where most shops still quote from spreadsheets built years ago by someone who has since left.

“We built Kervio on the workshop floor, not in a boardroom. The shops we worked with can quote a full house before they're out of the driveway. Now we want a first group of beta users to put it through a real season of work and tell us where it bends.”

Beta participants receive a one-month free trial of the full platform, a one-to-one setup meeting to calibrate pricing, materials and room configurations to their own shop, and early-access setup pricing locked in ahead of general availability. Intake is deliberately limited so each shop gets direct attention during onboarding.
