Kervio takes the job from the email to the cut.

An AI-first quoting-to-manufacturing platform for the stone fabrication industry: kitchen and bathroom benchtops in engineered stone, natural stone, porcelain and sintered surfaces.

The problem

A trade of tight margins and unforgiving materials.

A stone benchtop is cut once. A mismeasured slab is a loss that cannot be recovered — the material is gone and the job is late. The numbers that decide whether the job makes money are set at the quote, days before anyone touches stone.

Most shops still quote from a spreadsheet built years ago by someone who has since left, then re-key the same dimensions into the workshop, then again onto the install sheet. Every re-key is a chance to lose the margin the quote assumed.

The platform

Intake → quote → floor → install.

  1. 01

    Intake

An enquiry arrives as an email, a builder's plan, or a measurement taken on site. Kervio reads it and turns it into a structured job — rooms, pieces, materials, edges.

  2. 02

    Quote

Multi-room quoting in millimetres, priced on the shop's own material, fabrication and installation rates. Australian-calibrated. A full house priced before you're out of the driveway.

  3. 03

    Floor

The approved quote becomes the job. The same shapes and dimensions drive the workshop floor, with every part tracked and signed off through fabrication.

  4. 04

    Install

On-site LiDAR capture keeps the digital job honest against the real room, and per-part sign-off carries through to the truck and the install.

The quote and the fabrication drawing are the same object. There is no re-keying between quoting, the floor and the truck.

Who it's for

Working fabrication shops.

Kervio was designed with working Australian fabricators rather than assembled from assumptions about them, and it runs today as a live multi-tenant production system.

  • Shops quoting kitchens and bathrooms across multiple rooms and materials
  • Estimators who price from plans, emails and site measurements
  • Workshops that need the quote and the cut to agree, part by part
  • Installers who need the job as measured, not as assumed

Beta program

A first round of beta users, deliberately limited.

  • One-month free trial of the full platform
  • A one-to-one setup meeting to calibrate pricing, materials and room configurations to your shop
  • Early-access setup pricing locked in ahead of general availability
